RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT: (a) copy and distribute the Software or any portion of it; (b) sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer this Software to another; (c) cause or permit reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or alteration of this Software; (d) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software; (e) copy the documentation accompanying the software; (f) 9xsd.com is developed for commercial & legitimate purposes only. 9xsd.com cannot be held responsible for any damages that may arise from using the software. 9xsd.com will aid law enforcement in prosecution of users abusing 9xsd.com.
TERM
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, together with all copies thereof. Services/website/application/softwares will stop functioning immediately and all data will be erased if your hosting is expired, we don't provide any grace period for hosting. We don't transfer, share any hosting details to any clients at any point of software lifecycle or period of operations. Domain expiry is regulated according to the domain registrar. Clients are responsible for managing their data and backup of data and their business operation originating from use of our software, services and applications .
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
The Software and its source code developed by 9xsd.com for its clients are proprietary products of 9xsd.com and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed and not for sale. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this License. We develop according to your requirement and give you the license to use the software. You cannot claim the ownership of code and applications/services/softwares provided by us.
REFUND POLICY
After availing of softwares/services/applications if you don't intend to use it, Refund is issued according to the following guidelines and we will terminate your license and delete all data related to your software. Refund claimed within 48 hours from the time of purchase, we will deduct 25 percentage of amount. If refund claimed between 48 hrs to 72 hrs we will deduct 50 percentage of amount. After 72 hrs we will not issue any refund. If you don't agree to our refund policy, please don't use our applications/services/softwares.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is supplied "AS IS". 9xsd.com disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
9xsd.com assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if 9xsd.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages You expressly agree that use of the services and the site is at your sole risk. It is your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all opinions, advice, services, merchandise and other information provided through the site or on the internet generally. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that defects in the site will be corrected. The services and the site and any data, information, third party software, reference sites, services, or software made available in conjunction with or through the services and the site are provided on an "as is" and "as available," "with all faults" basis and without warranties or representations of any kind either express or implied. It's the Client/user's responsibility to take the backup of their production data. We are not responsible for any data loss happen due to any of the issues and not limited to technical/climatic/disastrous/expiration/termination.
Modification of Agreement
9xsd.com reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement (each, a "change") at any time by posting notification to the 9xsd.com website www.9xsd.com. The changes will become effective, and shall be deemed accepted by You, 24 hours after the initial posting and shall apply immediately on a going-forward basis with respect to payment transactions initiated after the posting date. If You do not agree with any such modification, Your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate Your use of the Services.
